By Design Studios greeting cards are designed and handcrafted in Gig Harbor, Washington. Since 1986 weios have remained committed to our original concept of creating a small piece of art to be passed from one person to another.
Materials used in our art cards come from around the world and most are sustainable: Japanese papers such as Chiyogami, (Yuzen), Unryo and Katazome., Nepalese Papers such as Loktah, woven Amate from Mexico, bark papers from South America and many other fine decorative art papers.
Our customers are specialty retailers, gift and museum shops, stationery, floral and bookstores interested in a quality handmade, “local” product.
